Dieter goes to SFBI
Dieter is currently enrolled in the Artisan Breads I class at the San Francisco Baking Institute. After this week he'll be in the Artisan Breads II class for another week. I spoke to him tonight and he made thirteen baguettes yesterday. Who would think there was so much to learn about making baguettes? He is staying at a hotel close to the school and apparently the staff there was happy to get some of the extra fresh loaves of bread. One of the students in the class has been taking photos and posting them on the internet.
